About

Patrice Diane Petersen relocated to Lake Almanor California in 1976. Lake Almanor is nestled in the Sierra Nevada Mountian Range surrounded by gracious forests, bountiful lakes and refreshing rivers and streams. Near the neighboring town of Chester which is filled with hard working mountain folk.

The bulk of her time has been spent raising a family dabbeling in her creativity, working in the logging industry, and developing a special events venue on our main street property in Chester.

In 2009 she decided to further her education in art and studies in Humanities. In 2013 she completed her Associates Degree in Digital Graphic Design from Lassen Community College, from there she went on to the Academy of Arts in San Francisco where she completed her Bachelor’s in Illustration.

Patrice began her art career as a fine artist and in 2009 she furthered her studies into the digital world.

Her desire is to create the skills and understanding through an interactive format, such as childrens books, advertizing and illustrations. “I believe that through Art we gain the understanding to further develop our life skills, its a process leading you step by step working through the challanges in life that we all encounter. Within each project a new discovery awaits you the other side.”
